Healthy Start Connection

HSC provides support and education to expecting families and families with children under 18 months. This can include Case Management, referral to needed resources, parenting education, transportation to health-related appointments and linkage to other services as needed. HSC also offers group-based education to community members of reproductive age on topics such as Child Safety, Parenting, Childbirth Education, Career readiness and financial management, and Infant Care. All services are free to residents of Robeson and Scotland Counties.
